While I don’t use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as the primary approach, I will still incorporate elements of it to help you identify and challenge those negative thought patterns. We will work on replacing these thoughts with healthier, more balanced perspectives, giving you practical tools to manage your anxiety and stop the cycle of overthinking.
